CHURCH WEEKEND AWAY 2012

Introduction

Every year we at Enniscorthy Christian Fellowship take some time out to go away together for a weekend.  In fact a great weekend of fun, fellowship and spiritual refreshment!

This year our Church Weekend Away will take place between Friday evening (8th June) and Sunday afternoon (June 10th),

As before, this year we will again be making use of Scripture Union's 'Ovoca Manor' in the beautiful County Wicklow. And this year we will all be staying in Densmore Lodge.

Fellowship

As well as taking time to worship and pray together one of the main aims of this weekend is to afford us all the chance to simply fellowship together as a family and so lots of activities are on offer during the weekend.

Activities

These activities include...

Campfire, Wall Climbing, Sports (in the games hall), Zip line, Archery.

As well as there being lots of tea and coffee, good food and free time in the lovely surroundings of the Wicklow Mountains.

Worship

As always, worship, prayer and bible teaching will form an integral part of the weekend away and it is worth noting that there will be no church service held at Daphne View Community Centre on this Sunday.

Equipment

Whilst most of what you need will already be available at Ovoca, participants will need to bring...

Sleeping Bags/Sheets, Pillow Cases, Towels and Indoor Runners/shoes for sport.

Invitation

This really is an excellent weekend away for all those attending Enniscorthy Christian Fellowship and we would encourage all those who attend ECF to consider coming for the weekend regardless of how long you have been attending ECF.

Day Visitors

Mindful that some folk may not be able to attend for the whole weekend or cannot sleep in unfamiliar surroundings, folk are more than welcome to come for just the day and day visitor rates for the weekend. (See Below)

Day Visitor - To be Announced

Please note that there is a €10 deposit per booking.  If you cannot afford this please speak to Andrew.  We do not want anyone not to come because of cost.
